Account and Registration

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.

Bot Purchases

• All bot prices are displayed in US Dollars or equivalent.

• The purchase is final and non-refundable once the bot is activated.

• Bots are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or rented.

• Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the bot has not been activated.

Bot Usage

• You agree to use the bots at your own risk.

• We do not guarantee specific profits or particular results from using the bots.

• Trading involves high risk, and you may lose part or all of your capital.

• You are responsible for complying with the trading laws in your country.

• Tampering with or reverse-engineering the bot is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed through the payment gateways available on the platform.

• Withdrawals are subject to verification and security procedures.

• Withdrawal processing may take 24 to 72 business hours.

• We reserve the right to refuse or delay any suspicious withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including software, code, designs, and logos, is the exclusive property of Dominator X Pro.

• No part of the platform or bots may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

• The bot usage license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of bots.

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.

• We are not liable for trading decisions made by the user.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid.

Termination

• Remove any content that violates the policies.

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Modifications
